　　Compiled by Henan Statistics Bureau, the points out that Henan’s economic performance was generally stable in 2019, withservices industry(accounting for 48 percent of the total GDP) contributing 45.6 percent to Henan’s GDP growth, 1.8 percentage points higher than the average of industry.

　　大河网讯近日，由河南省统计局编撰的年度智库产品《河南经济蓝皮书》出版，书中指出，2019年河南经济运行总体平稳，服务业增加值占GDP的比重为48.0%，对GDP增长的贡献率为45.6%，高于工业1.8个百分点。

　　In 2019, Henan’s total grain output and summer grain output reached a new record high. With an increase of 0.7 percent, the total grain output of Henan last year reached 133.908 billion jin (half a kilogram), exceeding 130 billion jin for three consecutive years, of which summer grains saw an increase of 3.6 percent.

　　全年粮食总产量1339.08亿斤，连续三年超1300亿斤，增长0.7%，其中夏粮增长3.6%，全年粮食总产量及夏粮产量均再创历史新高。

　　The total retail sales of consumer goods across the province reported a year-on-year growth of 10.4 percent (up 0.1 percentage point) to 2273.302 billion yuan, 2.4 percentage points higher than the national average, rising from 5 to the 3rd place in China.

　　全省社会消费品零售总额22733.02亿元，同比增长10.4%，提高0.1个百分点；高于全国2.4个百分点，居全国第3位，同比前移5位。

　　Import and export growth steadily recovers

　　进出口增速稳步回升

　　Rising steadily from a decrease of 13.9 percent year-on-year at the beginning of 2019 to an annual growth rate of 3.6 percent, Henan’s total import and export value reached 571.163 billion yuan, maintaining the 1st place in China, of which the export value saw a 4.9 percent increase to 375.464 billion yuan, while the import value experienced a 1.2 percent growth to 195.699 billion yuan.

　　全省进出口总值增速从年初的同比下降13.9%稳步回升至全年增长3.6%，全年进出口总值达5711.63亿元，稳居中部第一。其中，出口3754.64亿元，增长4.9%；进口1956.99亿元，增长1.2%。

　　The added value of service sector accounted for 48 percent of Henan’s total GDP, up by 0.7 percentage points year-on-year, and contributed 45.6 percent to the GDP growth, 1.8 percentage points higher than the average. Besides, the investment on service sector accounted for 67.4 percent of fixed asset investment, up by 0.6 percentage points year-on-year.

　　据《蓝皮书》介绍，服务业增加值占GDP的比重为48.0%，同比提高0.7个百分点；对GDP增长的贡献率45.6%，高于工业1.8个百分点。服务业投资占固定资产投资的比重为67.4%，同比提高0.6个百分点。

　　The demand structure continued improving. The construction of top ten prominent agricultural bases accelerated with their production accounting for 58.5 percent of the total output value of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, an increase of 2.5 percentage points over the previous year.

　　十大优势特色农业基地建设工程加快推进，全省十大优势特色农业实现产值占农林牧渔业总产值的比重达58.5%，同比提高2.5个百分点。需求结构继续改善。

　　The import and export value of cross-border e-commerce in 2019 increased by 22.7 percent. On the “Double Eleven” marketing day in 2019, the sales volume of Henan on Tmall platform increased by 28 percent compared with that a year ago, and the import volume of the cross-border e-commerce in Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone ranked the 3rd place among China’s 35 import ports for cross-border e-commerce, up by 2.6 times from a year earlier.

　　全年跨境电商进出口交易额增长22.7%；2019年“双11”当天，河南商家在天猫商城的销售额比上年同日增长28%，郑州航空港区跨境电商进口单量在全国35个跨境电子商务进口口岸中居第3位，比上年同日增长2.6倍。

　　The output of industrial robots, lithium-ion batteries and new-energy vehicles respectively increased by 56.9 percent, 21.5 percent and 11.4 percent. Under the background of large numbers of new principles’ emerging in 2019, a total of 1.5907 million new market entities registered in Henan with an increase of 20.6 percent, of which 423.5 thousand enterprises were new registered, up by 23.4 percent, with 1,145 enterprises registered on average per day.

　　全年工业机器人产量增长56.9%，锂离子电池增长21.5%，新能源汽车增长11.4%。新主体大量涌现。全年全省新登记各类市场主体159.07万户，增长20.6%；其中新登记各类企业42.35万户，增长23.4%，日均新注册企业1145户，市场活力进一步释放。（记者 莫韶华编译 赵汉青 审校 焦丹）
